With true entrepreneurial spirit, owner Hunt Pond saw a need for a quick, upscale sandwich shop focused on the ingredients between the slices of bread. After leaving law school to try his luck in the fast-casual business, he opened the original EHSC in Snider Plaza in 2012 at the age of 25.
