What is Plated? A weekly box of fresh and seasonal ingredients, pre-portioned for the recipes you choose, so you can create great food with less effort. Plated has taken their mission of eating and living well on the road this fall. The #PlatedRoadTrip has already travelled over 3,000 miles and the next stop is South Florida on Saturday and Sunday, September 19 and 20.

Plated will be bringing the tips, tricks and ingredients they have already collected on their journey to the Village at Merrick Park in Coral Gables from 1 pm – 7 pm on Saturday and to The Town Center at Boca Raton in Boca Raton from 12 pm – 6 pm on Sunday. They will be hosting chef demos, sampling delicious recipes, and creating personalized spice mixes all while hosting great activities.
