Each year, the MassChallenge Accelerator program awards millions of dollars in cash grants and in-kind deals to startups who enter. Tonight is the awards ceremony, where the winners will be announced! There’s quite an impressive lineup of talent this year, with over a hundred startups spanning clean energy to healthcare to tech solutions across many industries.
We’re particularly excited for the speaker lineup, which includes the CEO of Uber, Travis Kalanick. Also on the docket is Deval Patrick, Marty Walsh, Kara Miller, Eric Schmidt, and Nancy Frates.
Of the 1600 applicants, 128 are accepted into the MassChallenge program. The top 26 will be presenting their pitches at the event to like-minded entrepreneurs, investors, philanthropists, and media. Can’t wait to see what crazy innovations are getting their well-deserved jump-start this week!
