Charlotteans got a taste of Uber last year during the Democratic National Convention, but we couldn’t wait to revisit the Queen City. Today the wait is finally over: secret Ubers are on the road in Charlotte!

Charlotte may not be the most walkable city, but whether you’re a banker, a Panthers fan, or a student at UNC Charlotte, we all have places to go. 🙂 While we can’t travel quite as fast as they do at the Speedway, we can guarantee there’s never been a more convenient, stylish, or seamless way to get around town.

Our secret rollout today didn’t stay secret for long. Right after the first driver hit the road, Panthers tight end Greg Olsen caught an Uber for a smooth, relaxing ride home from an intense training session!
