We’re introducing a new fraud notification process designed to ensure that all driver-partners at Sea-Tac Airport are complying with our Community Guidelines and terms of service. Fraud can consist of GPS manipulation, disabling your location, support abuse, or remaining in the queue for reasons other than accepting trips.

We recommend following the Community Guidelines at all times to avoid putting your account at risk. If we detect fraudulent activity on your account, you will receive a notice via email and through your Uber Driver app.

1st notification:

If we continue to detect fraudulent activity on your Uber driver account, your account may be deactivated. You will receive a final notice before account deactivation.

Final notification:

If fraudulent activity continues after this final notice is provided, your driver account will be deactivated.

Review the Community Guidelines to help ensure the rules are being followed.
