Who is eligible for a payout?
NYC driver-partners Black or Luxury Limo car base who have taken trips between November 10, 2014 and May 21, 2017 may be eligible. This does not apply for EATS, RUSH, taxi, or livery vehicles.
How do I know if I’m owed money?
You will receive an email from Uber with the total you’re owed. You will also be notified in the app.
How do I get my payout?
If you’ve taken a trip during the last 90 days, you’ll receive a direct deposit in the full amount you’re owed, plus interest. If you have not taken a trip in the last 90 days, you’ll receive your payout 1 to 2 weeks after completing a form confirming your information is up-to-date. To make sure your payment is processed correctly, confirm your bank details at vault.uber.com. This form was emailed to all eligible New York City driver-partners.
