  Double checking with your rider to ensure that they put in the correct destination can minimize miscommunications.

   

• Calling your rider if it's crowded

  With lots of people in the area, you can always give your rider a call and let them know a landmark you’re near.

   

• Being prepared for increased traffic

  We try to estimate accurate arrival times for your riders, but letting them know your ETA is never a bad idea.

   

• Being ready for groups

  Many people may be traveling with friends or family, so keeping your seats and trunk clear in case you have more than one rider can improve the rider experience. If you drive an SUV, you can make it easy on yourself and have your back seats already up.
