일회용 플라스틱 폐기물과 이 폐기물이 환경에 미치는 영향 문제를 해결하기 위해 Uber는 레스토랑 매장이 재활용 가능, 퇴비화 가능, 재사용 가능한 포장으로 전환하도록 지원하기 위해 최선을 다하고 있습니다. Uber Eats는 2030년까지 레스토랑 배달을 통해 모든 불필요한 플라스틱 폐기물이 발생하지 않게 하고 2040년까지 배달을 통해 탄소가 배출되지 않도록 한다는 목표를 갖고 할인, 인센티브, 옹호 활동을 통해 사업을 영위하는 모든 도시에서 매장의 이러한 전환을 도울 것입니다.
기후 변화를 막기 위한 협력
We’re partnering with NGOs, advocacy groups, and environmental justice organizations to help expedite an efficient energy transition. We’re teaming up with experts, vehicle manufacturers, charging network providers, EV and e-bike rental fleets, and utility companies to help drivers gain affordable access to green vehicles and charging infrastructure. We’re also working with suppliers of recyclable, reusable, and compostable packaging to enable restaurant merchants to access quality packaging at reduced prices.
