Pickup at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
Exit on the arrivals level (downstairs)
When you’re ready open the Uber app to request a ride to your destination. Choose the LAX airport transportation option that suits your group and luggage needs.
For curbside pickups at LAX, select UberBlack, UberBlack SUV, or Lux.
For UberX, XL, Comfort, Select, or Pool, walk or shuttle to LAX-it. Look for LAX-it signage in the terminal to identify where shuttles are available.
LAX-it
Walk or take an LAX-it shuttle on the arrivals (lower) level curbside. They are expected to come every 5 minutes, and travel time to LAX-it is typically 15 minutes or less. You can also walk from Terminals 1, 2, 7, and 8.
Once in LAX-it
Find your Uber pickup point:
- UberX: either curbs 2, 3 or 4
- Comfort, UberXL, Select and POOL: back portion of curb 2
Note: UberBlack and UberBlack SUV pick up at the terminal on the outer island curb.
Meet your driver
Go to your assigned LAX pickup location as specified by the app. Please note: this location may not always be at your nearest exit. Your driver’s name, license plate, and car color will show in the app. Verify your ride before you get in. If you can’t find your driver, contact them through the app.
