JFK Airport Uber Shuttle: our new low-cost shared-ride option

Uber Shuttle is a high-quality, stress-free service that runs on fixed routes and schedules between designated pickup and dropoff locations. You must make a reservation prior to boarding the shuttle. You can reserve up to 7 days before your intended travel date for yourself and as many as 3 other riders (4 seats total).

Uber Shuttle fare is based on the route distance and number of seats you select. Fares are fixed and are not subject to surge pricing.

Payment for your trip must be made through the Uber app. Cash is not accepted on the shuttle.

You can reserve as many as 4 seats total, up to 7 days in advance. All riders 2 years or older require a ticket and must be seated with a seat belt. Up to one rider under age 2 per guardian may travel for free. Service animals are the only animals allowed on Uber Shuttle. Pets are not allowed.

Each rider is permitted to bring one personal item (which must fit on their lap or under their seat) and one piece of luggage (carry-on or checked bag) weighing up to 50 pounds (22.5 kilograms).
