We’ll be unlocking our JET vehicle view in London on 19th August at 9am and 4 lucky riders who successfully request will be heading straight to the runway, along with a friend, for an all expenses paid trip and the ultimate night out.

How it works:

- Get your bags packed and your passport ready
- Open your Uber app in London between 9am-9.45am on 19th August
- Slide to ‘JET’ and start requesting
If you’re one of our lucky riders you’ll be back on the ground in London at around 5pm on 20th August.

Will I be filmed?
Yes. Your experience will be filmed throughout and this content will be published on Absolut’s & Uber’s channels and in PR. By requesting UberJET you agree to be filmed and for the content to be published on Absolut and Uber’s channels. Before we head to the runway we’ll ask you and your guest to sign a waiver to confirm this.
How long is this promotion live?
You can apply the promo code into your Uber app between 1/8/16 to before 9am on 19/8/16, this will unlock the JET view for you to request between 9am and 9.45am on 19th August in London.
What is this promotion?
You could be one of 4 lucky Uber riders and their guest to successfully request a once in a lifetime trip. If you’re successful, you’ll be taken straight to the runway where you’ll jet off on an all expenses paid trip on a private jet. Your destination won’t be revealed until you’re on your way to the airport, but don’t forget to pack the sunscreen! You’ll land back in London around 5pm on 20th August.
How old do I and my friend have to be to be able to participate?
You both have to be over the age of 25 years.
Do I need a passport?
Yes. You and your friend both need to have passports that are valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel
Do I need a visa?
This promotion is only open to UK residents and therefore you do not need a visa to travel to this destination.
You will need to be able to travel in Europe on your passport.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes, you can bring a friend – we’ll send a car to collect them if you’re successful. They’ll also need to agree to and meet the terms and conditions of the promotion to be able to come along.
How do I enter code “PRIVATEJET” into Uber?
1. Open your Uber app 2. Open the menu on the left hand side 3. Head to promotions 4. Enter the code ‘PRIVATEJET’ and tap ‘Apply’
Can I enter code “PRIVATEJET” more than once?
There’s no need! You only need to apply the code to your account once to unlock the JET view on 19th August
What happens after I have entered code “PRIVATEJET” in Uber?
Get your bags packed and your passport ready, we’ll be opening the JET view from 9am on 19th August.
How do I know if I have managed to book the private jet?
If you successfully request an Uber JET you will get notified in app that your driver is en-route with an ETA and you will be able to see the car moving towards you. You will receive a call from a member of the Uber team to confirm your request and they will also ask you to take a photo of your passport and email it to the Uber team so we can verify it before your car arrives.
I can’t see the private jet option in my Uber app?
The JET option will only be available in London within zones 1-3 from 9am on 19th August.
Will this cost me anything?
No, the trip includes travel, food, drinks and accommodation. The only expenses you have to pay for are the ones that you personally incur such as mobile phone roaming charges or room service which are your sole personal responsibility – see T&Cs (t.uber.com/privatejet) for further information.
Would I need to bring any spending money?
Only if you want to buy anything that’s not included in the promotional free of charge package.
Does the trip include accommodation?
Yes, this is an all paid for experience. The only expenses you have to pay for are the ones that you personally incur such as mobile phone roaming charges or room service which are your sole personal responsibility – see T&Cs for further information.
Where does the private jet fly to?
We will reveal where you’re headed once you’ve been picked up
Is the private jet flight a return flight?
Yes this is a round trip, you’ll land back in London around 5pm on 20th August
Do I need to take any time off work?
You and your guest will be heading off to the runway if you successfully request – so probably best to check with the boss if you’re meant to be somewhere else 🙂
If I win and I can’t go can I transfer the experience to someone else?
Unfortunately we’re unable to transfer the experience.
Do I need to pack an overnight bag?
Yes – each guest can bring 1 x soft-sided bag weighing no more than 10 kg.
What do I need to pack?
You need to pack for a night away in a warm destination; don’t forget your sunscreen, sunnies, beachwear and gladrags!
How would I get to and from the airport in London?
If you successfully request your Uber driver will collect you and take you to the airport. On return we will also organise transport for you to return to central London.
Do I need travel insurance?
Absolut will offer you free of charge travel insurance for the trip, it is your choice if you choose to accept the cover. Alternatively you can use your own cover.
What happens if the weather is really bad?
We don’t need good weather to arrange a good time…
