Free Chilango Burrito Promotion T&Cs

Entry requirements

1. The Free Chilango Burrito promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to anyone in the Canary Wharf area between 10am – 12pm and 5pm – 7pm (subject to paragraph 2 below) aged 18 years or over with an Uber account (each a “User”) except employees of the Promoters, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Promotion. Proof of age and/or identity and/or residency may be required. Entry into the Promotion is free.
2. By taking part in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. To take part in the Promotion, you must have a smartphone with GPS capability, have downloaded the Uber app, registered and have active internet connection. The terms and conditions at https://www.uber.com/legal/gbr/terms/ continue to apply to the extent applicable to this Promotion.
4. To take part in the Promotion you must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period (defined in paragraph 6): (i) open the UberEATS app in Canary Wharf and successfully request an order from Chilango Burrito between 10am – 12pm and 5pm – 7pm. There is no limit to the number of Entries that you can make to the Promotion. Each User who submits a Content Share will be a “Participant” for the purposes of the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions.
