Step 1: Create your account

Creating a business account will only take a few minutes.

How to create your business account

Have your work email and personal Uber login credentials ready.

1. Enrol with your work email

Tell us a bit about your company. You must use your work email address with your organisation’s domain (example: admin@companyname.com).

2. Sign in to or create your Uber account

If you already use Uber for personal trips or meals, you’ll be prompted to sign in to your account. Don’t worry, your personal and business info are always kept separate.

3. Access the admin dashboard

Once you’re signed in, you can access the dashboard and start creating programmes, inviting employees and

1. Add a credit card

You can add a new credit card or use an existing one on your personal account. Your card won’t be charged until your first meal or ride, but you may see a temporary authorisation hold.

2. Connect your expense management system

If you haven't already, connect your expense management system (Concur, Expensify, and so on) from the "Payment" section of your Uber app.

3. Apply for monthly billing later

Once your company starts taking trips regularly, you can apply to have all rides taken on the account billed monthly instead of per trip.
