Where’s the pickup at the Hong Kong International Airport?
There are 2 pickup points available for Uber Taxi, and 3 pickups for other ride options. You can choose the nearest pickup point depending on the Arrival Hall you’re leaving from.
Pickup point #1:
From Arrival Hall B to Car Park 1, near the coach station
Note: Except for Uber Taxi (Metered Pricing), an additional HK$16 surcharge is applicable to all Uber Taxi trips with Car Park 1 as pickup point at the Hong Kong International Airport (parking fee).
How to get there?
Leave from Arrival Hall B
Turn right and follow the blue direction signage to head to Car Park 1.
Exit from the glass doors next to the elevators on the left. Continue to follow the blue signage to head to Car Park 1.
Walk along the outdoor passageway until you see the elevators. Continue to follow the blue direction signage to head to Car Park 1.
Take the elevator on the right to go to L3.
Turn left when exiting the elevator. Go straight and look for the coach station.
You are now at Car Park 1. The pickup point is on the opposite side of the coach station.
Pickup point #2:
From Arrival Hall A to Regal Airport Hotel Hong Kong, next to the bus stop
How to get there?
Leave from Arrival Hall A
Turn left. Follow the red direction signage to head to Regal Airport Hotel.
Exit from the glass doors on the right next to the elevators. Continue to follow the red signage to head to Regal Airport Hotel.
Walk along the indoor passageway and straight to the end. Continue to follow the red signage to head to Regal Airport Hotel.
Regal Airport Hotel is at the end of the passageway.
Take the escalator to the G/F hotel lobby
Exit from the hotel’s main entrance. Cross the road and head to the bus station.
The pickup point is next to the bus stop.

From Arrival Hall B to Car Park 1
How to get there?
Leave from Arrival Hall B
Turn right and follow the blue direction signage to head to Car Park 1.
Exit from the glass doors next to the elevators on the left. Continue to follow the blue signage to head to Car Park 1.
Walk along the outdoor passageway until you see the elevators. Continue to follow the blue direction signage to head to Car Park 1.
Take the elevator on the right to go to L3.
You are now at Car Park 1. The pickup point is right in front of the elevator.
Pickup point #2:
From Arrival Hall A to Multi-storey Car Park 4 G/F
How to get there?
Leave from Arrival Hall A
Turn left and follow the blue direction signage to head to Car Park 4.
Exit from the glass doors on the right next to the elevators. Continue to follow the blue signage to head to Car Park 4.
Walk along the passageway. Continue to follow the blue direction signage to head to Car Park 4.
Turn left at the junction and follow the blue direction signage to head to Car Park 4.
Take the elevator to go to G/F.
You are now at Car Park 4 G/F. The pickup point is right in front of the elevator.
Pickup point #3:
From Arrival Hall A to Multi-storey Car Park 4 2/F
How to get there?
Leave from Arrival Hall A
Turn left and follow the blue direction signage to head to Car Park 4.
Exit from the glass doors on the right next to the elevators. Continue to follow the blue signage to head to Car Park 4.
Walk along the passageway. Continue to follow the blue direction signage to head to Car Park 4.
Exit from the glass doors on the left. You are now at 2/F of Car Park 4. The pickup location is right in front of the glass doors.
