Providing information for how couriers and customers can pick up orders helps improve the delivery experience for everyone involved. 
Uber Eats encourages you to create a pick up experience that is as easy as possible for you, couriers and customers. Using clear signs and sharing clear instructions will save everyone time and lead to a better experience.
Pick up instructions examples:
Pick up in-store at the marked Collection Point.
Use the entrance marked ‘Delivery Collection’.
Pick up the order at the side store window. When facing the main entrance walk to the left side of the store where you will see the pick up sign.
How to update your store’s pickup instructions
Uber Eats Manager
Select the ‘Store Info’ tab under ‘Store’
Choose ‘Edit’ for ‘Pick-up instructions
Enter pick up instructions
Uber Eats Manager App
Select ‘More’ at the bottom and then ‘Stores’
Select the store and then choose ‘Edit’ next to ‘Pick-up instructions’
Enter pick up instructions
Uber Eats Orders (in-store tablet)
Select ‘Settings’ on the left side and then ‘Store info’
Choose ‘Edit’ next to ‘Pick-up instructions’
