Missing Requirements for Uber Black
If you are missing requirements to drive for Uber Black but would still like to take trips with Uber, please contact online support to sign up for a standard ridesharing account. You may still be able to take trips with a premium option such as Uber Premier or Premier SUV, even if you don’t meet the conditions for Uber Black.
Drive when you want
When you’re online, you can choose to receive only Uber Black trip requests. Alternatively, you can also choose to receive requests from other products. Based on different factors, drivers on Uber Black may also be able to receive requests for other options such as Uber Premier, Uber Premier SUV, UberX, Uber XL, Uber Green, Comfort, and more. These options can be configured in the Preferences section of the Driver App.
