Required documents
1. Quebec driver's licence

2. Background check and driving record
There are two safety screenings that you must pass to start driving with Uber in Quebec: a Motor Vehicle Record Check and a Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check.
Uber has partnered with the Blainville Police and ISB to enable you to complete your check online. Once you've uploaded your driver's license, ISB will email you with the next steps on the background check.
Uber also requires a good driver record from the SAAQ to start driving which will be requested with your background check. To be eligible to drive, you must not have more than:
- 3 minor infractions in the last 3 years
- No major infractions in the last 3 years
3. Vehicle insurance
