Uber is no longer offering in-person support in Saint Charles of Montreal. You can get help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the Driver app by tapping Help, then choosing a topic to see answers to frequently asked questions.
To make sure we’re doing our part to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we’re switching to an appointment-only model for select Greenlight locations. Drivers and delivery people are required to schedule an appointment in advance if they want to visit a Greenlight location. Walk-ins are only permitted for drivers and delivery people with an offer in the COVID-19 hub in the Driver app to pick up masks or other health and safety supplies, or who need to pick up a trade dress.

In Montreal, all partners must pass a vehicle inspection respecting safety standards for road vehicles before driving.
The inspection must be done with a SAAQ Road vehicle inspection agent. You can find the list of acceptable garages on the SAAQ website by clicking “Mechanical Inspection” and “Light vehicle”.
If the mechanical inspection reveals minor defects, the required repairs will have to be completed within 48h. Major defects must be repaired immediately. Otherwise, the vehicle cannot be put back into operation.
