In some cities, you might be able to get support in person at a Greenlight location.
To check availability, go to Help in your Driver app, then Book an in person appointment, choose the issue you need help with, and tap Schedule an appointment if you want more help. Or you can visit our website.

Greenlight locations
In select cities, you can get support on-site at an Uber Greenlight Hub. If your city has a Greenlight Hub, the address and operating hours will appear below.
If there isn’t an Uber Greenlight Hub listed, you can check the alternative methods for contacting Uber noted above.
What to bring to a Greenlight Hub
Please bring your documents in order to complete your account
- Driver's licence
Must be 21+ years of age. Must be a full G license or equivalent (G1 and G2 not accepted).
- Proof of work eligibility
Down Small Canadian passports, birth certificates, citizenship cards, residency cards, and work permits. Cannot be expired.
- Vehicle insurance
Down Small Your name must be visible on the vehicle insurance pink slip. If you're a secondary driver, include a photo of the full policy document with your name on it.
- Vehicle registration
Down Small Both sides of the registration are required. Must have 4 doors. Cannot be rebuilt or salvaged. You are not required to own the vehicle.
- Safety Standards Certificate (SSC)
Down Small All vehicles must pass a safety inspection and receive a Safety Standards Certificate (SSC). You can complete a vehicle inspection at any mechanic licensed by the Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO). The inspection must have been completed within the last year. Valid for one year. This is not a requirement for Uber Eats delivery.
