Due to construction from the ATLNEXT project at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL), airport officials will be relocating Domestic Terminals’ rideshare pickup locations. Airport officials expect that this change will be in effect until 2019.
Starting August 16, when requesting an uberPOOL, uberX, uberXL, or UberSELECT ride from ATL, you will be picked up from the South & North Economy Lots at the Domestic Terminal. The lots are a short walk from the lower level baggage claim.
How to get picked up:
Note: The dropoff experience at ATL airport will remain the same during the ATLNEXT construction period.
The construction is expected to take about 2 years, and during that time, we will continue to work with airport officials to provide our riders and driver-partners with the smoothest possible pickup experience.
In the meantime, here are some pro tips to make your ATL pickup—especially during peak times around 8pm-11pm on Thursdays and Sundays—as smooth as possible.
Pro tips:
- Traveling without a checked bag? Ride the Plane Train to the International Terminal, where you can get picked up curbside.
- Less concerned about budget? Ride in style and get picked up curbside from the lower Arrivals level of either Domestic Terminal via UberBLACK or UberSUV.
We appreciate your patience during this construction—thank you for riding with Uber at ATL!
