Sweepstakes Period: 12:00 am CT on July 1, 2016 until 12:00 pm CT on July 31, 2016
Winners Announced: By July 31, 2016 by 5:00 pm CT
Eligibility: Entrants must be 21 years of age or older.
Method of Entry: Individuals may enter the Sweepstakes by entering the $0 promo code “DFWJulyVIP” in the Uber application during the Sweepstakes Period – only valid for VIP members in the month of July. By entering the promo code, individual agrees to Uber sharing their contact information with Alamo Drafthouse Dallas, StyleSeat, and Starpower Home Theater if they are selected as a winner so that they can claim the prize. If individual does not wish for Uber to share their contact information, the individual should not enter the promo code. Individuals may also enter via email by sending an email with the Sweepstakes Name in the subject line to emailentry@uber.com. All email entries must include the individual’s name, address, and telephone number in the body of the email. There is a maximum of one (1) entry per entrant regardless of method of entry.
Prizes and Approximate Retail Value: All prizes are separate of each other.
(1) Alamo Drafthouse day-ticket to all VIPs who enter the code “DFWJulyVIP”, valued at $9.00 each, valid only at Alamo Drafthouse Dallas location, limit 1 per customer. Tickets to be delivered by email.
(8) VIPs will win a “Day of Beauty” in the form of (1) $250 gift card that can be used for any service offered on StyleSeat (i.e. hair, nails, waxing, lashes, massages). Gift card to be delivered by mail.
(1) Starpower Home Theater gift card valued at $50 to 1,000 VIPs who enter the code “DFWJulyVIP”, valid at Starpower Home Theater DFW locations, limit 1 per customer. User to be contacted and gift card to be redeemed in store only.
How Winner is Selected: Winners will be randomly selected. (1) winner can win maximum (1) prize.
Contact: Winners will be contacted via email address and/or mobile phone number associated with their Uber account profile.
