With freezing temperatures and snow on the ground, it’s easy to justify staying indoors, remaining cozy on the couch. But for those who get stir crazy easily, we have good news: This city doesn’t slow down—even with the cold. This weekend there is still lots to do, see, and avoid (keep reading).
