Big Texas Sized Thank You!
Last Friday, we had a record cold July day in Dallas… not only was there a Polar Vortex, but we brought even more chilliness to the city with #UberIceCream! From Dallas to Dubai, in 144 cities, 38 countries and 6 continents, Uber delivered 27.5 tons of ice cream on-demand – that amounts to 2 Big Tex monuments and 5 Texas-sized longhorn cattle!
We wanted to extend a big THANK YOU to all of our friends and ice cream enthusiasts in Big D for celebrating #UberIceCream with us. We were scootin’ all around the Metroplex dropping off tasty delights and Uber swag. It wouldn’t have been possible without you and our fantastic driver partners!
A special thanks to the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas, who invited Uber Dallas to visit and deliver them some delicious goodness during the #UberIceCream celebration. The warm smiles of the families and kiddos melted our hearts (but thankfully not the ice cream).
