Over two years ago, your Uber Seattle team dreamt up the idea to deliver on-demand kitten snuggles. What better way to break up your workday than a cuddle session with a teeny, tiny, adorable kitten?
Since introducing snuggles on demand, more than 70,000 Seattleites have requested UberKITTENS, and every year the phenomenon grows. Last year, seven Uber cities across the country delivered kittens to people for 15 minutes of joy, with all proceeds going back to local animal shelters. In Seattle we partnered with the Seattle Humane Society, a local animal shelter promoting the human-animal bond by saving and serving pets in need.
