Method of Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, you must enter the Sweepstakes through the Uber App by requesting and completing a ride within the GolfNow In-App View. You may enter by mail without obligation, by emailing your name, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address and the name of the Sweepstakes to emailentry@uber.com. Emailed entries must be received on or before the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Entries are limited to one (1) per person.
Prizes and Approximate Retail Values: One (1) individual will win one (1) round of golf per month for one (1) year. Each monthly round of golf is equal to fees for four (4) golfers with a maximum value of one hundred sixty dollars ($160), covering fees associated with the redemption of each round of golf. If a round of golf in any given month is greater than one-hundred sixty dollars ($160), it will be the responsibility of the prize recipient to pay for any remaining balance at check-out. The prize recipient can take a ride during the promotional period to be entered into the sweepstakes and/or enter the “GOLFNOW” promotional code into the Uber app to be eligible. This offer is valid through September 30, 2016 and is non-transferable and has no cash value. Any unused balance at the completion of each round of golf will be forfeited. This offer may not be combined with any other offers, promotions, coupons, or discounts. No adjustments to prior purchases.
