We’ve heard your feedback and we’ve listened. Now your minimum fare guarantee will be based on your net fare.

This week, complete 55 trips to get a $10 minimum net fare guaranteed on all of your trips through 4am on Friday. That means you won’t have any $5 minimum uberX fares for trips over the weekend. And, if the trip fare is higher than $10, don’t worry—you’ll always receive the higher fare.

How it Works:

1. Complete at least 55 trips in the tri-state area between 4am on Friday, 2/3 and 4am on Monday, 2/6
2. Once you complete 55 trips, you’ll qualify to receive a $10 minimum net fare on all trips you complete during the guarantee period, including the 55 trips you completed.
3. You’ll see the full payout in your pay statement next Tuesday, 2/7.

The Details:

• To qualify, 55 trips must be completed in the tri-state area between 4am on Friday, 2/3 and 4am on Monday, 2/6
• uberX, uberXL, UberVIP, UberFAMILY, and uberPOOL trips count towards the 55 trip count
• Driver Destinations and non-NYC trips are not eligible for $10 min fare guarantee
• For uberPOOL trips the minimum fare guarantee applies when the last rider of your trip is dropped off
• You will receive a notification when you complete 55 trips
• Tolls don’t count towards minimum fare
• The full payment for trips fares below $10, will show on your payment statement on Tuesday, 2/7.
