* The Francis Festival grounds span from South Street north to Spring Garden Street, Ridge Ave, and Girard Ave. The western boundaries include Powelton Ave to 38th Street to Route 13. Within the Francis Festival grounds, request Black Car and SUV until Saturday 2am and again beginning Monday at 3am. WAV will be available within the Francis Festival grounds throughout the weekend. If you are outside of the Francis Festival ground perimeter you can request uberX from Friday 6pm until Monday morning. Black Car and SUV are also available in this area between Saturday 2am and Monday 3am.
