- What is Uber One?
Uber One is a subscription option which gives you access to benefits such as savings on Uber and Uber Eats.
There are monthly memberships available for $9.99 and annual memberships at $96. Uber One also has partnerships with third parties that offer a discounted membership to eligible users.
Uber One members receive a $0 Delivery Fee plus up to 10% off eligible orders on restaurants and stores marked with the Uber One icon.
Eligible stores will have a gold Uber One icon underneath their names. $15 minimum order to receive $0 Delivery Fee and Up to 10% off from participating non-grocery stores, and $35 minimum on participating grocery stores for $0 Delivery Fee and 5% off.
They’ll also get member pricing on eligible rides. Look for the Uber One icon to see where your benefits apply.
Taxes and fees, if applicable, do not apply to order minimums. Membership savings are applied as a reduction to service fees. Other fees and exclusions may apply.
- How do I get verified for Uber One for Students?

- How do I cancel my Uber One membership?
You can cancel your membership in the app up to 48 hours before your next scheduled payment to avoid further charges.
To cancel your membership in the Uber app:
Tap the profile icon.
Tap “Uber One.”
Scroll and tap “Manage Membership.”
Select “End Membership” and then “End Membership” again to cancel your membership.
If you are less than 48 hours before your next renewal, please contact support.
If you’re on a free trial of Uber One and cancel your membership, then your membership benefits will end upon cancellation. For all other memberships, you’ll have access to your membership benefits until the end of the current billing period.

- How do I purchase an Uber One membership?
You can purchase an Uber One membership directly in the app.
In the Uber Eats app:
Tap “Account” in the lower-right corner.
Tap “Uber One” and follow the prompts to enroll.
Subscriptions renew automatically. The subscription fee is non-refundable once charged to you, however, you can cancel and manage your membership at any time in the app.
Note: You must have the latest version of the app to purchase.
- My Uber One discount didn’t apply
Uber One subscribers receive:
$0 Delivery Fee and up to 10% off on eligible non-grocery orders of $15 or more
$0 Delivery Fee and 5% off on eligible grocery orders of $35 or more.
Member pricing on eligible rides
Eligible stores will have a gold Uber One icon underneath their name. Other fees, including a service fee, and taxes may still apply.

- Payment method for membership renewals
Your payment method can be changed at any time from the Uber One page in the Uber or Uber Eats by navigating to Uber One under “Account.” Click “Manage membership” to make changes to your payment method.
Any Uber Cash can be used towards this recurring membership subscription. To do so, click Uber One on the Account page of the Uber or Uber Eats app, then “manage membership.” On that page, you can update payment details to have your Uber Cash turned on.
- Member Pricing on eligible rides benefit
All members will receive member benefits on rides with the Uber One icon. Some Uber One members receive 5% off eligible rides.
Some Uber One members will receive 6% Uber Cash back on eligible trips instead of 5% off. Uber Cash can be used on both Uber and Uber Eats, so you can use it on trips and orders.
Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for your Uber Cash to deposit into your Wallet in the Uber App. Once Uber One funds are added to your Wallet in the Uber App, you can use them on your next ride or order Uber Cash from Uber One is earned on the subtotal of your final fare on eligible trips and excludes tolls, tips, taxes, and fees. You cannot earn additional Uber Cash on the portion of membership Uber Cash used on trips. Your earned Uber Cash for eligible Uber One rides is listed in the Wallet section of your App as the Uber Cash type Uber One ride.
Uber One Uber Cash can be used on the trips or orders of your choice and will typically be used based on which expires first.
Your Uber One Uber Cash will also expire if your membership concludes.

Free trial is only available to eligible first time members, unless you receive an offer to re-join Uber one.
Benefits available only where Uber operates for eligible stores marked with the Uber One icon and only after required minimums, where applicable, are met. The merchant storefront lists the required order minimum for benefits to apply, and may change from time to time. Taxes and additional fees which may apply to your order do not count towards the order minimums. Discounts associated with your membership will apply as a reduction in fees. Other fees and exclusions may apply.
Uber One credits are earned after completion of eligible rides, and only redeemable on eligible eats and rides orders.
Uber One is a subscription that auto-renews. Your payment method will be charged at the rate and frequency you selected at sign-up and upon the end of any applicable free trial or promotional period. You can cancel your membership at any time in the Uber One section of the Uber app by selecting Manage Membership, then End Membership. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your next renewal day, you may see a charge that will be automatically refunded. Uber Cash or Uber One credits earned in connection with membership are revocable upon termination of membership. Except where prohibited by law, your subscription charge is non-refundable once your billing cycle begins.
