Uber Unable to Operate at ORF
The Airport Authority wants to impose unreasonably high fees on Uber rides to and from Norfolk International Airport (ORF) despite there being no fees on taxi rides to and from ORF.
Despite our effort to negotiate in good faith so that Uber rides wouldn’t be too expensive for riders, we were unable to reach an agreement with the Airport Authority. Riders are no longer able to use Uber at ORF.

If you, a friend, or a family member were planning to use Uber to get to/from the airport this holiday season, email City Council, and share what losing access to Uber at ORF means to you. Urge them to step in and help bring Uber back to ORF.
It’s unfortunate that the Airport Authority is demanding that Uber shut down operations ahead of the busiest travel time of the year, leaving riders like you stranded during their first or last leg of travel.
