FAQs: Scheduled POOL Flat Fare Rides

  • How do I schedule a ride? Enter your destination and then select the POOL icon at the bottom on your app that says “Schedule”. Set a 15 minute pickup window.
  • When in the 15 minute pickup window will the car arrive? Your ride can arrive anytime within that 15 minute window. When a car has been dispatched, you’ll receive a push notification with the ETA just as you would with any Uber trip.
  • How do I see, edit or cancel an upcoming ride? Navigate to the “Your Trips” section in menu, then tap “Upcoming”. Here you can see, cancel, or edit your scheduled POOL rides. You won’t be charged a fee for changing or cancelling trips from this tab.
  • Can I book multiple rides at once or do I have to book them one by one? You can do both. Many riders prefer to schedule all of their commuting trips at the beginning of the week. Other riders prefer to schedule their next trip out.
  • How do I check how many rides I have left? You can track the number of rides you have left as well as the days you have left to use your flat fares by navigating to the “Flat Fare” section in the menu of your Uber app.
