Here are several pro-tips that help you make every ride as safe and reliable as possible:

• Split the fare. Splitting the tab at the end of the night can get complicated. Sharing the ride home isn’t! You can always split your fare with friends.
• Share your journey. Use the “Share My ETA” feature to send your friends and family a map of your route and expected time of arrival.
• The perfect pickup. Once requested, a rider is able to see a picture of the partner-driver, his/her name, vehicle type, license plate number and even their rating. Be sure to double check where you’ve placed your pin to ensure the pickup process is smooth! You can always contact your driver via text or a phone call.
• Always a cashless transaction. Fares are automatically charged to the credit card associated with your account. No need to fumble with cash and no need to tip – everything is processed through the app!
• Rider etiquette. Our partners are working hard to ensure you get a safe ride around Treasure Valley. Please be respectful of them, their time, and vehicle.
