Since piloting the program in 2019, UberSTAR has expanded beyond Software Engineering and now includes other tech and non-tech roles. We have also expanded beyond North America into India and Europe.

UberSTAR started its first cohort with 30 Software Engineering UberSTAR interns, and as of 2023, now hosts cohorts of over 100 UberSTARs globally in various disciplines, who come from all over the world to maximize the in-person connections that make us #OneUber.
