Provide late-night perks without breaking the bank

Late-night work is nothing new—evening hours and shift work have been the norm in industries like consulting, financial services, and healthcare for years. But the rise in hybrid and remote work has caused more people, regardless of industry, to spend more time working.

Whenever and wherever employees are working hours outside of their usual times, you can acknowledge their efforts while keeping them full and happy with a meal delivery program on Uber Eats. If they’re working at the office, you can also provide a ride home with rides on the Uber platform.

With Uber for Business, you can create late-night meal and commute programs while controlling spending and managing expenses with ease. Here’s how to get started.

Provide late-night meals with Uber for Business

With over 890,000 merchant partners around the world, hungry teams are bound to find options they’ll love—including vegan, gluten-free, and more—no matter the hour. You’ll love how Uber for Business can help you control costs by creating customizable programs and enforcing late-night meal policies.

Provide late-night rides with Uber for Business

With a variety of ride options to choose from, you can help late-night employees get home seamlessly. The Uber app is available in over 70 countries and 10,000 cities, so your team is covered wherever they’re burning the midnight oil.

Control costs with the Uber for Business dashboard

Using a simple dashboard, you can create meal and ride programs with built-in templates. Set restrictions by time or geography (for instance, rides can only be taken from the office between 7pm and 11pm), ride option type, and per-meal or per-ride spending. Plus, you’ll have access to reports and insights so you can review spending and usage to ensure that employees are complying with policy.

In a survey, more than half of Uber for Business customers reduced costs by up to 10% by enforcing compliance in the dashboard.*

  2. Invite employees to link their personal Uber account to Uber for Business. Send a unique link by email, chat, or text.
  3. Create a custom meal or commute program. Set restrictions based on location, time, ride type, and spending amount so employees use programs as they’re intended.
  4. Spread the good news. Share details about late-night perks with teams. They’ll also be able to view meal programs in their business hub within the Uber app.
  5. Enjoy. You can track usage and spending in the Uber for Business dashboard.
