Sweepstakes Name: [Uber + AT&T Performing Arts Center]

Sweepstakes Period: 10:00 am CT on August 11, 2016 until 10:00 am CT on August 12, 2016

Sweepstakes Areas: Dallas/Fort Worth, TX

Winners Announced: August 12, 2016 by 2:00 pm CT

Eligibility: Entrants must be 21 years of age or older.

Method of Entry: You may enter the Sweepstakes by following the “@uber_dfw” Instagram account and then tagging one (1) friend in the comment section of a designated post on the “@uber_dfw” account regarding the Sweepstakes. There is a maximum of one (1) entry per Entrant.

Prizes and Approximate Retail Value: One (1) Prize is available. The Prize consists of two (2) complimentary tickets for the Opening Night performance of A Gentleman’s Guide to Love & Murder at the Winspear Opera House at 7:30pm on August 16^th, 2016. Prize also includes a $100 dinner voucher to Eureka! prior to the show. Prize will also consist of (2) free rides up to $50 each to be automatically applied to winner’s Uber account. Final prize component includes a free ride in a promotional vehicle from Eureka! to the show at 7:30pm. For the sake of clarity, a Winner’s guest does not need to be the individual such Winner tagged in their respective Sweepstakes entry. Winner and guest must be present together at the Winspear Opera House prior to 7:00 pm on August 16, 2016 to redeem the Prize. The total approximate retail value of the Prize is $500.

How Winner is Selected: One (1) Winner will be selected at random following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period.
