First In, First Out
Now landing: the new pick up process for Springfield-Branson National Airport!
To make sure that the process is seamless, safe, and fair for everyone, we’re introducing a First In, First Out system for all airport pickups.
Here’s how it works
- Head to the staging lot, as seen in the below map. It’s on the Northeast side of the main terminal, around 4840 West Kearney Street.
- Enter the lot on the West side, and exit the lot to the North.
- You’ll retain your place in line if a rider cancels a trip, and will lose your place in line should you cancel.
- In order to receive a request, you’ll need to be in the staging lot.
