• How do I qualify for VIP?

  All you have to do is take 10 trips each month in Nashville. VIP will automatically be added to your account at the beginning of each month. If you don’t complete 10 trips in Nashville, VIP will be removed from your account, but you can qualify again the next month.

• How can I see how many trips I’ve taken?

  The easiest way to tally your completed trips is to go to the YOUR TRIPS tab in your app. This tab can be accessed by tapping the menu icon on the top left side of your app screen.

  At the beginning of each month, if you qualify for VIP, you’ll unlock a special in-app VIP view.

• Do rides requested using the VIP option cost more?

  There is no additional cost to riding VIP; rates are the same as uberX.

• Do all of my trips need to be taken on the VIP vehicle option to qualify?

  Rides taken on any Uber vehicle option in Nashville will count toward your total. In Nashville, these options include uberX, UberSELECT, uberXL, UberBLACK, UberSUX, and, of course, VIP.

• Will I see the VIP request option in other cities?

  This version of the VIP Rewards program and its associated benefits are only available in Nashville. You will not see the VIP request option in your app when requesting in another city.
