Uber Shuttle: now boarding at AT&T
Program overview:
Effective November 1st, 2024, AT&T will be transitioning its shuttle services to Uber Shuttle for rides between the AT&T HQ Campus and 1200 Ross Ave and 1810 Jackson parking garages. For more information on the program, open the Uber app and choose Shuttle.
Note: In order to see the route details and shuttle ETAs in the app, make sure you’re linked to the AT&T program by accepting the invite in your email. To find the email, search your inbox for a message with the subject, “Uber for Business.”
Route overviews:
The shuttle will run between 1200 Ross Ave and 1810 Jackson parking garages and the AT&T HQ Campus.

- The shuttle operates from Monday-Friday, 5:30am – 8:30pm.
- The shuttles will loop back and forth between the 1200 Ross and 1810 Jackson parking garages, and the AT&T HQ Campus. Open the Uber app to view the next shuttle arrival time, then open your QR code in-app to board the shuttle. Download the Uber app here.

Do I need to book a shuttle trip through the app or can I just show up?
No reservations needed! Simply pull up the QR code in the app to scan in as you board the shuttle.
How can I track my shuttle?
You can track your shuttle on the home screen of the Uber app.
Is the Employee Shuttle free of charge?
The Shuttle is free to ride between the parking garages and the AT&T HQ Campus.
Do I receive any confirmation or ticket allowing me to board the shuttle?
You’ll be able to pull up a QR code in the app that will serve as your ticket when boarding the shuttle.
Can I bring an animal/pet on the shuttle?
Animals are strictly prohibited on the shuttles unless they are service animals.
Can I eat or drink on the shuttle?
Eating or drinking is not allowed on the shuttle.
