We help managers and their teams better manage colleagues with families (before, during, and after leave).
We provide ongoing resources and networks to all employees with families.
Jill is the Senior Vice President of Communications and Public Policy at Uber, leading the teams and global efforts across communications and public affairs. Jill lives in San Francisco with her husband and two young daughters and their golden retriever.
Global parental policy advocacy
In 2018, Parents at Uber successfully advocated for the extension of global parental policy to 18 weeks for everyone.
Bringing our kids to work
We help organize Take Your Kids to Work Day and Halloween across a number of offices globally.
We work with other ERGs to bring in thought-provoking speakers and industry experts to help us advance the narrative around being a parent and caregiver at Uber.
