Depending on your preferences for driving with us, you can choose one of three paths. Each path will allow you to get licensed fast and easy, so you can drive with Uber without issues.

2. Collect all required documents and add them to the driver app
You'll need a list of documents to get your license.
3. Visit the Uber Licensing Center in your city
Bring all your documents and we'll help you with the licensing process. Remember to add your medical check-up to the app before going to the Licensing Center.
4. Dostosuj auto do wymagań taxi
- Odbierz lampę taxi (nie jest montowana na stałe) oraz wymagane oznakowanie auta (pokryjemy wszystkie koszty).
- Udaj się do najbliższej stacji kontroli pojazdów w celu dokonania przeglądu samochodu
- Udaj się do urzędu, w którym został zarejestrowany samochód, aby uzyskać stempel taxi w dowodzie rejestracyjnym Twojego pojazdu.
5. Get your license
Apply and pick up your taxi license, an excerpt from a license, taxi ID and a hologram (if applicable) in the City Hall.
6. Upload documents to the driver app
Before going online, upload all your documents to the driver app.

4. Adjust the car to the taxi requirements
- You'll receive a taxi lamp (no permanent interference) and the required livery (we'll cover the cost)
- Go to the nearest Motor Vehicle Diagnostic Station for a car check-up
- Get the taxi stamp in your registration document in the office where the car is registered.
5. Get your Partner's approval
Provide all documents to your Partner and receive you Partner’s signature of the motion for taxi ID. Your Partner should authorize you to continue the process in the City Hall. Your Partner will also provide you with an excerpt from his taxi license for your vehicle.
6. Get your license
Apply and pick up your taxi ID and a hologram (if applicable) in the City Hall.

You need to complete a medical assessment of your general and mental health to see if you are fit to drive a taxi. Once you pass the assessment. you'll be granted a fitness certificate - add it to your driver account.
4. Bring all documents to your Partner
Bring all the documents to your Partner and receive you Partner’s signature of the motion for taxi ID. Your Partner should authorise you to continue the process in the City Hall. Your Partner will also provide you with an excerpt from his taxi license for your vehicle.
5. Get your license
Apply and pick up your taxi ID and a hologram in the City Hall.
6. Upload documents to the driver app
Before going online, upload all your documents to the driver app.

Licencja taxi Partnera lub Twoja, jeśli jeździsz samodzielnie.

Wypis z licencji taxi Partnera (lub Twojej, jeśli jeździsz samodzielnie) dla pojazdów, którymi jeździsz.
Zaświadczenie o niekaralności
Otrzymane z Krajowego Rejestru Karnego.
Ważny dokument tożsamości
Należy mieć ukończone 20 lat.
Ważne prawo jazdy
Prawo jazdy powinno być ważne co najmniej od roku.
Zdjęcie profilowe kierowcy
Kierowca musi patrzeć przed siebie i znajdować się na środku kadru, nie może mieć na sobie okularów słonecznych i jego twarz oraz górna część ramion muszą być widoczne. Nie może to być zdjęcie fotografii z prawa jazdy ani żadnej innej wydrukowanej fotografii.

- Czy oznakowanie samochodu jest wymagane? Czy jest montowane na stałe?
Lampę taxi można łatwo zdemontować. Jej montaż nie uszkadza w żaden sposób samochodu. Oznakowanie samochodu podlega lokalnym przepisom. Szczegółowe informacje są dostępne w centrach wsparcia licencyjnego Ubera.
- Mam samochód w leasingu – czy może to utrudnić uzyskanie licencji?
Nie. Kierowcy posiadający samochody w leasingu mogą uzyskać licencję taksówkarską po dostosowaniu pojazdu do wymogów prawnych.
- Czy muszę mieć pozwolenie od leasingodawcy?
Tak. Aby otrzymać licencję taksówkarską, musisz dostosować samochód do nowych wymogów prawnych. Twój pojazd musi przejść przegląd techniczny, a w jego dowód rejestracyjny musi zostać wbita pieczątka „TAXI”. Uzyskanie pieczątki będzie prawdopodobnie wymagać podjęcia działań ze strony leasingodawcy.

Tak. Zgodnie z nowymi przepisami każdy kierowca realizujący przejazdy samochodem z maksymalnie siedmioma miejscami musi posiadać licencję taxi.
- W jaki sposób mogę założyć własną działalność gospodarczą?
Wszystkie informacje na temat zakładania firmy otrzymasz w lokalnym urzędzie miasta. Możesz także założyć firmę online.
