How to upload documents to your driver account in the Netherlands

Please upload an image of your valid driver’s license in the field “Rijbewijs”.

Ensure that the full document is visible and that it is not blurry.

Please upload a photo of yourself in the field “Profielfoto”.

Please note that the photo:

• Must be a forward-facing, centered photo including the driver’s full face and top of shoulders, with no sunglasses
• Must be a photo only of the driver with no other subject in the frame, well-lit, and in focus. It cannot be a driver’s license photo or other printed photograph

Please upload an image of your valid Chauffeurskaart in the field “Chauffeurskaart”.

Please upload an image (front and back) or pdf of your valid Registration certificate in the field "Kentekenbewijs".

Please upload an image or pdf of your valid vehicle insurance (Policy or Green card) in the field "Autoverzekering".

Ensure that the full documents are visible and that they are not blurry.

Please upload an image of your bank card in the field “Bankpas”.

Ensure that the full document is visible and that it is not blurry.

Remember to also upload your Tax (VAT) details and banking information on your driver profile.

Please upload actual photo's of your vehicle that is registered for taxi use in the field “Foto van auto”.

Please note that the photo's:

• Must show the front and one side of the vehicle.
• Must show the backseat of the vehicle
• Must clearly show the license plate
• Must be an actual photo, and not a stock photo (e.g. from the web)
• Must show a vehicle that meets all current Uber vehicle requirements. You find the latest requirements here
