How it works

1. Log in

Get on the road and log in to the Uber Partner app to begin accepting delivery requests.

2. Pick up. Drop off

Navigation and information is provided in the app to help deliveries run smoothly.

3. Earn money

Track your earnings and get paid weekly.

Requirements and documents

To make sure we have all the documents we need from you, please read below what documents we accept and require, depending on your situation.

    • Be at least 18 years old
    • Have a state-issued ID that allows you to freely work in The Netherlands
    • Have a valid VAT number that belongs to you
    • When signing up be sure to choose 'Biking' under transportation method
  • 1) EU Passport - OR - NL ID card - OR - NL Residence Permit with right to work (Front & Back)

    Primary form of identification

    • EU Passport

      • EU/EER nationalities: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, the United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and Switzerland
      • Note for Dutch documents: make sure to cover/hide your BSN number
    • NL ID card

      • ID cards from EU/EER countries other than the Netherlands will not be accepted
      • Make sure to cover/hide your BSN number
    • NL Residence Permit

      • Non-EU/EER citizens will need to upload a residence permit. The back of the residence permit should say 'TWV niet vereist'. Any residence permit mentioning 'TWV vereist' or 'Arbeid toegestaan met TWV' are not allowed (e.g. student residence permit).

    2) Bank Statement OR Bank Card - that belongs to the bank account on your Uber profile

    For payment verification, we also need you to upload one of the following documents:

    • Bank Statement (NL: bankafschrift)

      • Showing bank logo, your name and full date
      • From a EU/EER bank
      • Not older than 3 months from current date
      • Hide all other private details such as balances, transactions, etc.
      • Same bank account as the bank account on your Uber profile
    • Bank Card (NL: pinpas)

      • From a EU/EER bank
      • Your name
      • IBAN visible
      • Same bank account as the bank account on your Uber profile

How to get started

New to Uber?

  • Sign up to deliver
  • Consent to a safety screening and upload the required documents
  • Once you are notified that you are active, you can begin to accept delivery requests

Already an Uber partner?

  • Open the Uber Partner app and navigate to Account then select Vehicle Options
  • Accept the delivery terms to begin accepting delivery requests
  • Turn delivery on and off as you wish
