Getting online help

Our website at help.uber.com/driving-and-delivering has a wealth of great information for delivery people, whether new or experienced with the Uber Eats app.

Sign up to drive using the Uber app

Looking to earn even more? You can use your Driver app to take trips with riders. If you’ve signed up to drive, you can also deliver. Many new drivers get approved for food deliveries first before their account is activated to take riders. It’s a great way to get on the road with the app faster.

Frequently asked questions

  • Use the frequently asked questions inside your Driver app to get fast answers. You’ll find them by tapping Help in the main menu.

  • If you're having trouble signing in to your Driver app, you can reset your password here. Use the email address you believe is associated with your account. We'll send you an email with a link to reset your password.

  • Try closing the app first (if possible, quit the app completely rather than keeping it running in the background). If it still doesn’t work when you reopen it, you may need to reset your network settings on your phone, or delete and then reinstall the Driver app.
