Winners Announced: Within 48 hours of the end of the Sweepstakes Period
Age Requirements: 21 years or older
Method of Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, you must refer at least one (1) new authorized Uber users (a “Referral”) during the Sweepstakes Period, via (i) the Uber App, or (ii) accessing get.uber.com/sign-up. In order to qualify as a “Referral,” the referred individual must (i) enter Participant’s referral code, (ii) not be or have previously been an authorized Uber User, and (iii) become a new Uber User (which requires, without limitation, that the individual agree to and execute the Uber Terms of Use and agree to the Uber privacy policy).
Prizes and Approximate Retail Values: One (1) grand prize is available to be won. The grand prize will consist of four (4) tickets to the Westin Verasa Napa New Year’s Eve Party, one (1) night stay in a two-bedroom suite at the Westin Verasa Napa and one (1) promo code valid for two (2) rides up to $100 for each ride requested via the Uber App. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the grand prize is $1,444.
How Winner is Selected: The grand prize winner will be randomly chosen following the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
