Wildlights, November 18, 2016 – January 1, 2017 

Wildlights at the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium is a favorite holiday tradition. With millions of twinkling lights, the zoo is transformed into a winter wonderland equipped with family-friendly activities, ice-skating, and more. Not to mention you can visit with Santa Claus and even see some of the animals after dark.

Grand Illumination, December 2, 2016 – January 8, 2017

Take a walk along the water in downtown Columbus and enjoy hundreds of thousands of LED lights that will light up Bicentennial Park and the Scioto Mile. To kick off the event, there will be plenty of activities that will benefit local charities as well as an appearance by Santa. Although the activities are one night only, the lights can be enjoyed into the new year.

Village Lights, December 4, 2016

Yearning for that old holiday feel? This is the one for you. You can explore the historic streets of German Village, shop, or even stop in restaurants that are open late with holiday treats, discounts and special offers. An established Cincinnati tradition for over 20 years, the displays of multi-colored lights decorating the woods is a sight to see. With over a mile of lights, if you weren’t in the holiday spirit when you arrive, you surely will be by the time you leave.

Christmas Nights of Lights, November 11, 2016 – January 1, 2017 

If you love Coney Island, you’re going to love it even more. In its inaugural year, this light display features two miles of Christmas lights and light shows consisting of over one million LED lights that people of all ages can enjoy. It’s open every night through January—even on the holidays! To top it off, a portion of the proceeds will benefit local charities.
