Organizations that register for a new Uber for Business corporate account (“Corporate Account”) through Uber’s self-serve platform between 6:00 a.m. CST on 04/05/2026 and 11:59 p.m. CST on 06/30/2027 (“Offer Eligibility End Date”) may be eligible to earn one or more Uber for Business credits by completing specified actions or milestones, subject to the eligibility criteria below and the applicable incentive details communicated to the organization, including the applicable qualifying action or milestone, reward amount or percentage, qualification period, and any applicable incentive cap (“Incentive Details”). This offer applies only to new accounts, and the account must be created through Uber’s self-serve platform. Uber for Business credits can be used on active and eligible Uber for Business programs.

Eligibility

To qualify for this Offer, your organization must:

• Complete the self-serve registration process on the Uber website to create a new Uber for Business Corporate Account.
• Maintain a Corporate Account in good standing, as determined by Uber in its sole discretion.
• Be identified by Uber as eligible for the Offer, including through the Dashboard or other communications, which will include the applicable Incentive Details prior to the Offer Eligibility End Date.
• Pay for the qualifying transaction using the designated centralized billing method on the Corporate Account.
• Complete the applicable actions or milestones in accordance with the requirements communicated to your organization.
• Be registered as an eligible organization in Mexico, as determined by Uber.
• Comply with the applicable Uber for Business Terms and Conditions accepted upon account creation. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Uber for Business Terms and Conditions.

Reward Application

• Uber will issue the applicable credits in the amount communicated to your organization after your organization completes and Uber verifies the applicable action or milestone.
• The maximum cumulative amount of Uber for Business credits that can be earned through the completion of all actions and milestones, as specified by Uber, is MXN $1450.
• Each incentive may be earned once per eligible organization, unless specified otherwise by Uber.
• The Uber for Business credit will appear in the Billing tab on the Dashboard within ten (10) business days after Uber processes and verifies the qualifying activity
• The credit will only be provided if the Corporate Account remains in good standing at the time of credit issuance.
• Credits can be used on eligible Uber for Business programs.
• For incentives that provide a percentage-based credit on future rides or orders, the credit will apply only to the specified number of subsequent qualifying rides or orders and must be used within the applicable time period communicated to your organization.

Additional Terms

Incentive Mechanics

• Uber will determine whether any action, milestone, or transaction meets the applicable requirements in accordance with its internal records.
• “Completed Ride or Order” means a ride or order completed via an Uber ride or an Uber Eats order and charged to the Corporate Account that is not canceled, refunded, or otherwise reversed.
• “First Completed Ride or Order” means the first ride or order completed via an Uber ride or an Uber Eats order charged to the Corporate Account.
• “Employee Activation” means an employee is invited to link a business profile to the Corporate Account, successfully links said profile, and completes their First Completed Ride or Order using that linked profile.
• “Second Product Activation” means the activation of an additional Uber for Business program on the Corporate Account that was not previously active and the completion of at least one qualifying ride or order through that program, as determined by Uber.

Eligible organizations may earn one or more incentives subject to the cumulative limit of MXN $1450. Qualifying actions or milestones, applicable reward amounts or percentages, qualification periods, transaction requirements, and other incentive-specific conditions will be set forth in the Incentive Details communicated to the organization via the Dashboard.

Qualifying Activity

• Only completed and fully paid actions or transactions that meet all applicable criteria will qualify for an incentive.
• Transactions must be completed through the Rides or Eats programs (as applicable) associated with the Corporate Account.
• Transactions must be paid using a payment method associated with the Corporate Account.
• Transactions must not be canceled, refunded, or subject to a partial or split payment.
• Spend on Central, Vouchers, Gift Cards, or tips is not eligible.
• Spend on canceled rides or refunded amounts is not eligible.
• Overage spending limits charged to an individual Authorized User’s payment method are not eligible.
• Uber will determine qualifying activity in accordance with its internal records.

Credit Limitations: Uber for Business credits can be used on any Uber for Business program associated with the Corporate Account. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash, gift cards, or any cash equivalent. Credits cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Uber and its affiliates do not sell Uber for Business credits.

Expiration: Uber for Business credits earned through this Offer do not expire as long as the Corporate Account remains in good standing. However, Uber reserves the right to revoke any unused credits if fraud, abuse, or violations of these terms or the General Uber for Business Terms and Conditions are suspected. If the Corporate Account is canceled for any reason, remaining credits will be forfeited.

Refunds and Adjustments: Refunds, adjustments, chargebacks, or any claims that reduce qualifying activity will result in a corresponding adjustment in eligibility. If, as a result, the qualifying activity no longer meets the applicable incentive requirements, the credit may be withheld or revoked.

Account and Dashboard Limitations: Organizations may only receive Uber for Business credits for eligible activities associated with one (1) Corporate Account and one (1) Dashboard. Uber reserves the right to merge or cancel multiple Corporate Accounts or Dashboards for a single organization.

Geography and Availability: This Offer is valid only in supported geographies as determined by Uber and may not be available to all organizations. This Offer is not available to government or quasi-government entities, or entities owned, controlled, or created by a government entity.

Fraud and Violations: Uber reserves the right to suspend or void Uber for Business credits if fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms or the General Uber for Business Terms and Conditions are suspected. If your Corporate Account or Dashboard is canceled or terminated, any activity on that account will not count toward eligibility and credits earned will be forfeited. Uber is not responsible for unauthorized use of Uber for Business credits.

Offer Modification or Termination: Uber reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting of the updated terms. Continued participation after any changes will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
