Non-Reserve trips

Meter Taxi:

Airport Pick-up:

• ¹An additional HK$16 surcharge is applicable to all Uber Taxi trips (excluding Meter Taxi trips) with Car Park 1 as pickup point at the Hong Kong International Airport (parking fee).
• ²An additional HK$20 surcharge for all Uber Pet trips remains applicable, please visit this webpage.
• ³There will be a HK$10 surcharge for each Car Seat trip.
• Except for Meter Taxi trips, dynamic pricing of the fare and fees may still apply depending on the actual demand and supply during any time period.
• All currencies are in Hong Kong Dollars.

Reserve trips

For details of the Reserve trips fare structure and pricing, please refer to the tables below.

All Reserve trips include a Minimum Fare. A Reservation Fee also applies to all Reserve trips, except Uber Elite trips. The Minimum Fare and, where applicable, the Reservation Fee vary by the ride option you pick.

When you book a Reserve trip, the estimated trip price shown in the app includes the applicable Minimum Fare, the Reservation Fee (if applicable) and any other surcharges (e.g. tunnel tolls).

Airport Pick-up (not applicable to Uber Elite trips):

* The Reservation Fee amounts shown above, where applicable, are dynamic and may vary depending on the pick-up location, and/or the day and time of your trip. The applicable Reservation Fee may vary within a specified range for the relevant ride option, with that range based on the minimum and maximum Reservation Fee amounts set out in the “Dynamic Range for Reservation Fee” section below⁵. The applicable Reservation Fee amount will be included in the estimated trip price displayed in the app.

Your trip fare may increase if the length, duration or route of your trip change.

** You can cancel the reserved trip for free at any time before receiving your driver details. If you have received your driver details and cancel less than 60 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

• ¹The Lantau Taxi ride option is not available for trips departing from the airport. For details, please visit this webpage.
