• ¹An additional HK$16 surcharge is applicable to all Uber Taxi trips (excluding Meter Taxi trips) with Car Park 1 as pickup point at the Hong Kong International Airport (parking fee).
• ²An additional HK$20 surcharge for all Uber Pet trips remains applicable, please visit this webpage.
• ³There will be a HK$10 surcharge for each Car Seat trip.
• Except for Meter Taxi trips, dynamic pricing of the fare and fees may still apply depending on the actual demand and supply during any time period.

All Reserve trips include a Minimum Fare and a Reservation Fee*, the amounts of which vary by the ride option you pick.

When booking a Reserve trip, the estimated trip price shown has already included the Minimum Fare, Reservation Fee and other surcharges (e.g. tunnel tolls).

*The above Reservation Fee amounts apply to most trips, but may still vary depending on the location of the pickup address, and/or the day and time of your trip. The amount of Reservation Fee for each trip varies between a specific range⁵, and the minimum and maximum amounts of Reservation Fee for each ride option is also set out in the below section.   The applicable Reservation Fee amount will be included in the estimated trip price displayed in the app.

Your trip fare may increase if the length, duration or route of your trip change.

** You can cancel for free at any time prior to receiving your driver details. If you’ve received your driver details and you cancel less than 60 minutes before your ride, you’ll be charged a cancellation fee.

• ¹Lantau Taxi ride option is not available for trips departing from the airport. For details, please visit this webpage.
