Taoyuan Airport has two terminals, please ask your passengers about the airline and terminal in advance. If passengers do not know the flight terminal, please refer to the airport website.
那裡有排隊功能嗎?
In response to the suggestions of many agency drivers to maintain fairness, Taoyuan Airport will adopt a queuing mechanism. Instead of deciding based on the closest distance, the agency driver who enters the queue first will be given priority.
Shift scheduling conditions: Enter the designated area (within the red line in the attached picture) and be online
Note that the following conditions will cause requeuing:
- Go offline and then back online
- Waiting process to leave the designated area
- Reject the system notification of receiving cases in the specified area
- The hired driver proactively cancels the trip
Please pay special attention:
- Elites and honors line up separately
- If a passenger cancels, the original queue order will be maintained.
- Due to the queuing mechanism, the tailwind pick-up function will not be available within the Taoyuan Airport area.
