Airport regulations
To receive pickup trip requests from WSI Airport, you’ll need to complete the airport’s registration process.
To register, open the link below on your mobile phone and follow these steps:
- Create an account with WSI Ground Transport Access.
- Enter your vehicle and payment details.
- Review and accept the terms and conditions.
- Save your QR access pass to your phone’s digital wallet.
- You’ll receive an in-app confirmation when you’re ready to receive requests at the airport.

Pickups at the airport
Trip requests at the airport work differently from normal requests. Driver-partners are placed in a virtual queue at the airport and may wait for requests at the designated waiting area only. Uber has a designated waiting area for driver-partners and pickup area at WSI airport.
- To pick up passengers from WSI, driver-partners must first enter the Holding Area located off Nancy Drive.
- After drop-off, if you wish to pick up another rider, you will need to do so by entering the Holding Area.
- Failure to enter the Holding area prior to picking up may result in airport access restriction.
Dropoffs at the airport
At WSI, simply drop-off riders at the public passenger drop-off areas. Drop off occurs at the shared Drop Off Area on the curve of Warami Drive, just opposite the terminal.
