- Exit the terminal to the lower level, then cross to the pedestrian island to reach the pickup point. Local tip! For trips to Scottsdale, Tempe, or Mesa, set your pickup point to the North curb. For trips to downtown or Glendale, choose the South curb.

From baggage claim, exit the terminal through the door corresponding to your selected pickup point.
2. Cross to outer curb
Use the crosswalk to reach the outer curb of the pedestrian island.
3. Find your pickup zone
