Driving at Natal International Airport (NAT)

Airports can be complicated places, especially for drivers. But knowing the basics, and getting information in advance about your local airport, can help make sure you’re prepared for your first pickup or dropoff.

How travel from the airport works

It’s simple to receive passenger trips leaving the airport!

To facilitate the meeting between driver-partners and passengers at Natal Airport, the two exit doors on the Arrivals level were designated as meeting points.

Virtual Queue for Drivers

Uber partners should only wait for ride requests in the highlighted area. Entering the designated area, keep in mind that:

  • You will join a virtual queue
  • Your position in the queue is dependent on your order of arrival in the highlighted zone. Therefore, the first to enter is the first to receive a request. Partners who have just dropped off a user at the airport can have priority in the virtual queue
  • If you leave the area or go offline, you will be placed at the end of the queue
  • Be careful not to stop in prohibited places as you may be fined
